Duties Include:
Performing detailed due diligence analysis for middle market mergers and acquisitions deals and private equity firms
Prepare financial modeling and asset valuations in a financial advisory capacity to institutional clients
Advise of financing deals and structuring products to meet capital needs/expansion for client
Assist in raising capital via the debt markets
Participate in any restructuring arrangements negotiating secured and unsecured debt as well as recommending tender offers

Requirements:
Probably 3 years plus of mainstream investment banking experience ideally gained within a financial services institution or management consulting firm
Excellent presentation skills
Ability to work in a sometimes time constraint environment
4-year degree
Ability to travel on a domestic basis occasionally
