Kitchen comes complete with breakfast nook ( with 2 stools) and full sized kitchenette ( turns into double bed). Living room has TV console ( currently holding 27" tv, sorry not included ) and pull out sofa ( turns into double bed). In all sleeps 10 !!!!

included is: deck,BBQ, shed, all patio furniture,brand new 20 ft awning, dishes, pots,, basically I take my clothes / bedding out and you move right on in. park fee's are paid up to end of the season, so enjoy 1 1/2 months of fun!!
