      located at Cedar Beach Park in Stouffeville, with 2 pools, hot tub, splash pad, lake, general store and restaurant, doesnt feel like camping at all!!!

39 foot trailer complete with full sized deck, has all the comforts of home!!! Master bedroom with queen sized bed, and kids bunkroom with their own TV console ( 13" TV included) and kitchette( turns into double bed). Full bathroom, tub and shower. Kitchen comes complete with breakfast nook ( with 2 stools) and full sized kitchenette ( turns into double bed). Living room has TV console ( currently holding 27" tv, sorry not included ) and pull out sofa ( turns into double bed). In all sleeps 10 !!!!

included is:  deck,BBQ, shed, all patio furniture,brand new 20 ft awning, dishes, pots,, basically I take my clothes / bedding out and you move right on in.  park fee's are paid up to end of the season, so enjoy 1 1/2 months of fun!!
