There is a common living space with cable, kitchen with dishwasher, fridge and stove. Also there is a common washer and dryer in a reasonable size storage space. There is 1 parking space (a second one is possible to get through the condo board if needed). Currently there are 4 cats in residence, 2 will be leaving once the owner is settled in their new home.

We are located just off of Anderson Road SW and Elbow Drive SW. There is easy 5 minute access to the # 3 and # 35 bus routes. As well there is the Anderson C-train station approx. 10-15 minutes away. We are close to South Centre Mall, a Safeway, Rexall and even a little pub that is unique in it's own right for those nights out.

Viewings are available during the work week between 6pm and 8pm and on Saturdays from 3pm until 6 pm upon request.
