Well established lawn maintenance company for sale in Calgary Alberta T2X 1B9

I am looking to sell of my lawn maintenance division of my landscaping company.  I have apprx. 60 - 65 summer contracts.  All of which are in the deep south, Midnapore, Sundance, Chaparal, Shawnessy and Evergreen.  This also includes year round services including snow removal and spring cleanups.  Average income over the past few years has been $30,000 plus.  I also have equipment for sale and can be negotiated into the deal as well. 
Incomes;  Snow removal - $550 - $775 per call, Spring cleanups - $5000 - $6000, Lawn maintenance - $5250 per month.  These are apprx. numbers and maybe slightly higher or lower depending on amount of work done.
