The primary duties of this postion are:
1.Responsible for reviewing, interpreting and monitoring attorney prepared loan agreements and related Mortgage collateral documents.
2.Responsible for maintenance of National Residential Finance Lines of Credit on the ALS and Promerit Systems.
3.Daily processing of customer advance and paydown requests.
4.Daily monitoring of loan commitment levels and outstanding principal balances.
5.Daily monitoring of interest rate changes in preparation of loan billing.
6.Preparation and distribution of daily, weekly and monthly reports.
7.Processing and tracking the aging of collateral.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
Qualified candidates will have 1-2 years experience in a directly related field.
