Project Airport Architect Dallas Texas 53186

This position will be responsible for project design management including active management of budgets, schedules, and programs; project communications and documentation; assuring that projects are completed within the schedule and budget; providing technical interface on projects; and support marketing efforts.

 

Required skills and experience:

 

„h         Preparation of fee estimates, scope of work, proposals, and contracts

„h         Ability to assist clients with decision making based on experience and data

„h         Knowledge and understanding of current TSA, airport and airline requirements for ticketing, security and baggage systems

„h         Ability to review consultant drawings and give direction accordingly

„h         Ability to make presentations to clients, City Council and Boards

 

Position requires travel of two to three days per week.

Qualifications

Must have B.Arch or BS/BA in other aviation related field, plus 7-10 years of design management experience. RA preferred.
