I am a 25 year old male looking for a room mate to share a 2 bedroom apartment. The rent is $950 plus utilities, but as I have the larger bedroom and hold the lease your portion of the rent would be $450.Smokers are welcome, but I would prefer if you smoked out your window or on the deck like I do. The building requires a pet deposit, but I would prefer no pets unless it's something small and clean like fish or a well behaved cat. I'm hoping to find someone before November 5, as that's when rent is due next. If you wanted to move in earlier than the 5th that would be fine. A damage deposit of $250 is required.
