Java Programmer with VXML

Experience in VXML, SRGF, SSML, Genesys CTI and Speech Portals using Nuance. Excellent aptitude in analyzing Speech UI for usability analysis and Speech tuning. Tech skills must include Shell Scripts, Perl, XML, XSL.

Position Details

•           Must have Prior working experience with industry topping Speech Recognition Engines like Nuance and Scansoft.

•           Must have speech tuning and analysis experience.

•           Must have a high aptitude and ability to analyze Speech User Interfaces and use real field data to zoom in on usability/recognition problems and come up with usability feedback.

•           Having prior telecommunication industry experience is a plus.

Minimum Qualifications:

•           4-6 yrs of overall experience

•           Following skills are needed

o          Voice XML, XML, XSL

o          SRGF

o          SSML

o          Voice Interpreter Behavior

o          Speech Portal

o          Shell Scripts

o          Perl
