The Timbercreek Plantation community in Yulee is having a huge, colossal, gigantic annual Y-A-R-D S-A-L-E !!!!!!! Just come by and drive around our subdivision on July 25 at 7am and look for houses that are selling stuff along their driveway. Signs will be posted everywhere! Bring your largest vehicle!!!! ;o)

Go straight as if you're going to Callahan
Stay on your LEFT side and make a LEFT turn when you see TIMBERCREEK PLANTATION
Go STRAIGHT and make a RIGHT turn on LONG LEAF LOOP
Make another RIGHT turn when you get to the corner of LONG LEAF LOOP
Our home is on the RIGHT SIDE....You'll see so much stuff!!!! I'll mark our mailbox with BALLOONS and you'll never miss it...
I've placed price stickers on most of the items already and there's much more to take out of our house. They've been price really low. I like cleaning and I'm de-cluttering our house right now. It's time to let go of things that we're not using and items that we bought way too much. Others still have tags on. I'll be placing NEON colored signs in our subdivision to guide you to our home. All of my yard sale leftovers will be donated to Goodwill.
