Bedroom in a  3 bedroom house on South Side (14 Avenue) 5 minutes to college & maybe 10 minutes to university. We won't be moving in until the end of August for the next school year. But we have to pay the damage deposit and July & August rent to keep the place (so you would need to pay $733.33 - 1/3 of damage dep. & July's rent right away).

Very nice house with washer/dryer, fridge, stove, dishwasher, big back yard, underground sprinklers and air conditioning. Includes all utilites, cable & internet $425.00.

The bedroom is small without a closet but we can figure something out.

The house other then your room will be completely furnished so all you need to bring is a bed etc. for you room. We would prefer a student that doesn't smoke or have pets. 2 very fun , outgoing males students will be living there with you. Email me ASAP if interested.
