SLIGHTLY USED FURNACE - Marshall Missouri 65340

Energy efficient furnace run at most 5-6 months between Dec. 06 & March 08.  More than sufficiently heated 3-bdrm earth-contact home until I went all electric 9-07.  Left pilot light on and thermostat at lowest setting so it did kick on occasionally during the night through March 08.  Is currently set for propane but can be changed.  I'm sticking with electric heat so I want to sell it now.
