You have 3 alternatives, do it your self or hire an expert. Or call a tow truck to tow car to a shop (good luck there). If you choose to do it your self, you have to:

 

§        Call around to find who has the battery.

§        Call a friend, relative, taxi or rent or  borrow a car to get to the part place.

§        When you get to the part place, wait in Line to get the part (taxi is waiting, meter running…) maybe you get the wrong part, may be  even tough they told they had it, they don’t. Go to another part place? Is already 9.30 pm. Part places are already closed.

§        When you finally have the part. Wait, you don’t have any tools. Borrow or buy tools.

§        Open the hood and replace the battery (where’s the battery? In some cars the battery is hidden)

§         Remove the battery, now, do you remember which is positive and which negative?

§        Ok you finished the battery installation. Now the car is running, what is that red light in the dash?...

 

Do you see what I mean? I don’t mean to discourage you. For most people, replacing a battery is perhaps something easy. But today cars are more complex than ever. You could do more damage than good if you don’t understand the risks. Some cars won’t even start after you have replaced the battery.

 

That’s why I say: “Leave it to us the experts”…

 

Some times the battery is not really what you need. That’s why I always check to make sure what you really need.

 

 

We will come and install a brand new battery, clean the terminals, inspect the performance of your alternator, cables; etc to make sure you won’t be stranded again. And we dispose of the old battery too. All with a one year free replacement guarantee and a 5 year guarantee on the battery. Prices vary, call for a quote. We use premium batteries. Do not try to mess with your car your self, leave it to us the professionals.

All you have to do is call and make an appointment.

 

The service call fee to go to you is usually $75.00 and batteries go from $70.00 up to about $300.00 Depends in what car you drive and the quality you prefer.

 

We usually respond the same day.

Remember, cheap and quality don’t go together.

Some times we can do a battery service after hours (if I have it in stock) if you’re not too far and have a credit card.  Emergency fee of $20.00 will be added to bill.
