The daily responsibilities:
Account opening: completing all necessary documentation, establishing the account on the system, following process to ensure that clients receive checks,debit cards and PIN's. Ensure accuracy of all documentation and follow compliance rules.Provide servicing via telephone for all incoming calls, cover all incoming calls from the MX toll free line.Servicing of accounts, escalating as needed and following up to ensure full client satisfaction.
