You must be somewhat flexible with your choices.
IMPORTANT: Buyer responsible for their own travel expenses...but please do not make travel arrangements until we confirm the final resort reservation dates with you. Once the reservation is made - sale is final - any and all cancellation and or fees, charged to me (the property / timeshare owner) must be paid by customer. The buyer is also responsible for damages or loss on the property...or additional charges incurred during the stay. (Ex: food, tips, laundry, phone services, etc.)
