The Investment Analyst will work in a team environment collaborating closely with deal team members during the origination and structuring of mezzanine loan and participating debt investment opportunities and will maintain a continuing role in the asset management and performance monitoring of active investments.
Qualifications:
* Must have a minimum of 2-3 years of active real estate investment experience, including real estate valuation, underwriting, and preparing offer letters
* Strong written communication skills including the ability to prepare accurate and appropriate documentation
