We are from FIN Infocom, a global ITES company based in UK. This is regarding current openings with one of the prospective employers in technologies such as SIEMENS EWSD, Net-Minder, Power Node, EWSD STP and SVR20 support engineers. These openings are exclusively meant for professionals, who must be US citizens, to join an existing team of Technical Support Engineers immediately. You will be responsible for providing high level technical support within fault troubleshooting and operations environment. Candidates with a high-level of knowledge are preferred. You shall be prepared to work in rotational shifts. There is an option to work from home in some instances. You will be required to have a laptop and access to troubleshooting/analysis tools.
