This position will be responsible for direction and supervision of the drainage engineering group.
The position will serve as the primary client contact for multiple projects, coordinating priorities, staffing schedules and assignments to ensure clients are provided the best design capabilities to meet their needs.
Responsible for planning, organizing, developing, and maintenance of design engineering programs and efficient, productive utilization of staff in providing high-quality service. Responsible for management of operating and marketing budgets, and goal setting estimate fees, determine scope of work, prepare proposals and contracts on large or multiple projects.
Responsible for the hiring, supervision, development and evaluation of drainage section members.
Participates on national, divisional, and local projects. Works collaboratively with division drainage staff and other drainage practice centers around the firm on large, complex projects.
