Room for Rent in Red Deer Alberta T4N 1P8

I need to rent out a room in a two room fourplex on the east edge of downtown Red Deer. 425/mo + half utilities. Internet is available. You would be living with me: male, 20, reasonably tidy. Not a party house. No smoking inside. Rules are pretty lax otherwise. While there is only one room to rent, a couple would be taken into consideration.

Shared kitchen includes fridge, stove, microwave, toaster oven, kettle, coffee pot and grinder. Utensils, pots, pans, stoneware, etc. are all available. Only room you would need to furnish in any way is your own.

Move in date is set for the end of April, however an earlier date could be arranged if needed. I can be contacted 24/7 at 505-8466.
