San Francisco, California 94104 Medical & Health Jobs DescriptionThe client we represent is seeking an ideal candidate with two or more years in the pharmaceutical industry with experience selling a drug into the ICU/CCU/Anesthesia. The ideal candidate will be working in the SF and Oakland Hospitals area. In addition to the two years of experience, the candidate must also possess a documented track record of sales success, evidence of a strong work ethic, integrity, and initiative. Candidates who have taken initiative to continue training and improvement in sales by enrolling in classes or seminars will be strongly considered. The candidate must also have a four-year college degree and minimal job changes. NON-PHARMACEUTICAL SALES BACKGROUNDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. The pharmaceutical rep will establish a sales territory calling on primary care physicians. In addition to daylong fieldwork, the rep will also have evening requirements as well: reports, planning, functions, and conference calls. They are responsible for expanding sales in a designated territory and providing continuing education and service to general and specialty physicians. They are responsible for increasing and maintaining market share for company products within a designated territory. The ideal candidate for this sales position must have a four-year degree and must have a proven track record of success. All candidates must have a great work ethic, positive attitude, and a lot of enthusiasm and energy. Candidates must work well in a quota-based atmosphere, with a team and/or independently, and know that sales is the career path for him/her. Again, must have documented experience selling a drug into the ICU/CCU/Anesthesia. A brag book of documented sales success is required in order to interview. Presidents Club winners will receive top priority.
