This position is responsible for: • Selling loans and insurance products • Produce new and repeat loan business from internal and external assigned sources; participate in solicitation/promotional/community activities. • Recommending solutions to difficult delinquent accounts • Performing administrative tasks • Service customer accounts before, during, and after the sale. Handle general questions concerning customer accounts. Specifications / Qualifications • High School diploma or equivalent • Strong sales background • 0 — 2 years related work experience in Sales and Finance • Basic analytical ability required to review customer information in accordance with established credit criteria, to recommend credit decisions and product options. • Ability to work as a member of a team • Demonstrated effective verbal, written, and listening skills.
