To pre-answer questions already asked:

Cruise Control: Yes, the vehicle is equipped with cruise control. However, last I checked this function wasn't working.
Rust:few spots around license plate in rear. Spot on right wheel well (21/2' x 1'), 2 spots on left rear door (2' x 1' and 4' x 1/2'). See pictures in ad for details
Other defects:
Exterior:
-front right underbody spoiler missing (right side only, left is attached - this is the rubber spoiler under the spoiler under the bumper - if completely removed, you'd probably never notice).
- Left rear door rubber strip loose on one end (can be re-attached).
-Trunk lock not attached properly (need to remove panel and reinstall -it was working fine until removed when the rust spots around the license plate were supposed to have been fixed and simply not reinstalled properly) - right now trunk opens through trunk release button in glove compartment - but is of course fully locked when closed.
- Rear license plate light out, needs replacing.
Interior:
- Glove compartment lid loose on right side

The car has never been in an accident,no major engine work was ever necessary, the battery is new - purchased last winter.

Yes, the A/C works fine - in fact much better than my other (newer) car.

No, the clutch doesn't stick, and there is no problem with the gears to my knowledge.

She will need to pass Drive Clean, but this is not a problem as she's a diesel. Much to my entertainment, Canadian Diesel On-Road vehicles have no target emission values to meet, so any diesel will always pass.

Before last winter I had the car in to Canadian Tire for their 101 check,which she passed shy of the light above the rear license plate being out. Brakes are fine, tires are OK - all documentation can be provided,including manuals and any recent maintenance. The Used Vehicle Information Package will also be provided.
