We have a room for rent in a 3 bedroom 2 bath house on Spider Lake. $350 includes all utilities, cable & internet. The house also has a new washer & dryer, dishwaser, and is completely furnished. If you have someone else who would like to share the room with you (for example a couple) that would take rent down to $250 a month (per person). The room is also large enough to fit two twin beds if you had two people. Since there are two bathrooms, you would pretty much have your own.
