Winnipeg, Manitoba Homes for Rent DescriptionNo thanks to our miser/unfit politician Gord MacIntosh which refuses to raise a single person's rent on disability, who are on Social Assistance(but raised everyone elses who are in boarding rooms they get more than us-we have LIMITED RENT and unable to work(dr.s orders!!)Two sisters on full-time disability need to move by early spring(March/April 2009)& we're looking to rent a 2 bedroom house,SxS or Du-Plex(long-term)in the ELMWOOD/St.Boniface(or last resort-North End)area.We need to find a place as our lives are in danger with this residence as soon as possible.Both tenants have own fridge,stove,washer & dryer.The landlords want us out soon,as there are electrical surges in the place & a small electrical fire started in one of the outlets(landlord refuses to repair premises).Both are clean,quiet,responsible(non smokers-non drinkers).Must allow a few senior well-behaved cats(fixed,indoors & nails clipped).Can only afford $600.00 + utilities or $612.00 + hydro or water(no more than that,as we're on a fixed income).Will pay $20/mth(EXTRA)for 1 parking space and would need a small partial basement for extra storage.We're seeking a nice landlord who wants devoted tenants.If you have a place right away,we are in desperate need to move.please e-mail us asap as residence we're in now isn't safe(it's run by electric heat).*Great References*.THANKS!!
